Below are Billy Pilgrim's votes. My Contract (Vote Tote) will automatically
cause (caused?) me to vote thus. Then at 23:56 UTC on nday 12 of this nweek
I will vote AGAINST 520, 521, and 522, effectively changing my vote.

520 would be a mistake, because there are no paragraphs e or f in Rule 88.
Thus the Mad Scientist would be forced to do something impossible. 521 is
just silly then. 522 is too extreme for my taste. Are we going to let the
inactive players get killed off? The historical rules and consultations?
Erase our history from the record? Eh, it'll be fun though, if it passes.
