Hey, you're right. Okay, Teucer loses ten points, as if it mattered, and
the CFI is now assigned to the Upper House. So everyone but Teucer and
Araltaln is now an Appellate Judge, if I'm reading that rule correctly.

As one of the Appellate Judges, I rule REFUSED as this is now
irrelevant.
