[Spoon-business] Whoops.

Bugger it, I'm doing it anyway; if it doesn't work, so be it. I submit the following CFJ:

{{
__Whoops (-0)__

Statement: We didn't -really- mean for Administrator to appear in the important parts of
rule 0.

Analysis: One of the methods of going into a State of Emergency, according to r0, is: "The failure of, or absence of, the person recognized as performing the administrative duties of the Game (hereafter in this rule known as "The Administrator") for a period of
seven days."

Thus, clearly, the rule takes into account that the Administrator could possibly be
absent. However, the rule then contains the following two sections:

"When the value of the Pause is 5, the Administrator will gather all submitted Refresh Proposals into a Ballot on which players will vote." and "The Refresh Proposal selected
is implemented by the Administrator."

These parts of the rule fails to take into account that the Administrator may be absent for long (or possibly) indefinite periods of time. This is somewhat of a contradiction, as the rule is both accounting for and not accounting for Dave's presence.

The plaintiff suggests that the presence of the word "Administrator" in those two sections of r0 is a typo, made out of typing habit, and that the intention was actually "Emergency Co-ordinator" and the rule should be interpreted as though "Administrator" was replaced with "Emergency Co-ordinator." This is within the judge's power, as r127 declares that "[the judge's] ruling shall dictate the manner in which the rules are
interperted..."

[[Hm, did anyone notice I can name pretty much anyone the defendant, including people who are in no way related? Not that I will.]] I name Dave the defendant for Whoops (-0), meaning
that Zarpint needs to choose a judge.
