Re: [eia] optional rules, interpretations


One last question:  once it becomes clear that overwhelming numbers is in
effect and that the previously chosen tactics will be scrapped, can the
defender then choose to attempt to withdraw, or is this only allowed if the
defender chose Withdraw as their original tactic ?
