I would be willing to give this ruleset a try since it has a lot of interesting subgames however, it would only really work if we are all willing to play the subgames (which I hope we do since they look fun). 

One suggestion I would like to make is that you should set the value of the nday and nweek in your RP since the clock on the wiki probably isn't accurate after the emergencies and the new ruleset uses 10 nday nweeks instead of 12 nday nweeks anyway. If you set the nday to 1 (which I suggest you do) then that would help with getting us into the new gameplay since start of the nweek actions would occur (we would all recieve a card, for example). This would also force elections for all ministries (since there has not been a Ministry Rotation for a long time on account of them not being defined) which seems a bit more democratic than just assigning players to ministries in the RP (keep those assignments in the RP though as we will need the duties to be performed up until the elections finish).
