Gratuitous: The rules explicitly allow newly-registered players to
specify their own names. As far as violating Rule 2, I didn't change
any of my names to Murphy, I merely began playing with that already
being among them. So while players must have unique names (and I have
three), and cannot *change* their names to the unique names of other
players, they can certainly come to have non-unique names in other
ways.
