Before you started playing, some very good public displays have been
maintained entirely through regular (e.g. every 3 days) emails to the public
forum. I'm thinking particularly of BobTHJ's tenure as Minister of
Questions. I don't think this is necessarily a bad option to have.

Also, one could make the same argument against public displays on the B
Nomic webpage: I could keep my display tremendously out of date (especially
now that there is no rule allowing someone to just remove me for it...) and,
at a moment's notice, slap something on there and claim I'm maintaining the
public display.

What we might want to focus on is having some mechanism available for
removing incompetent or absent ministers, like we used to. (now we have
usurping, but two objectors can prevent it even if the minister is clearly
awfulbad)
