Assuming that comex has calculated correctly, it is currently
nweek 313, nday 7, and voting will start on Feb 23 at 00:00 UTC.

If I understand the A rules (esp. 210 and 230) correctly:

  * If you request two-day consent-based adoption (Rule 210) within two
    days before the nweek's voting starts (in this case before Feb 21
    at 00:00 UTC), then they're adopted if not objected to within those
    two days.

  * Otherwise, they count as proposals, and need 2/3 majority support.

been a player since the end of A1):
