Actually, B might be a good place to try some things that Agora never
(AFAIK) picked up, e.g. "A player can specify exactly two rules and
spend <number> macks to reverse their normal precedence for the purpose
of the next action e performs", or hasn't used for years, e.g. "If all
the rules explicitly defer to a different method of resolving precedence
then that method is used" (for subsets of the rules that work like
playing cards or something; here, it might be used for multi-colored
areas of the Grid).
