(i.e. the next nweek) In rule 5E17, replace "PROPOSAL" with a link to this Refresh Proposal's page on the wiki. At *the start of next nweek*, in rule 5E17, replace "REAL_START" with the current real world date in "DD MONTH YYYY" form, where MONTH is the full name of the month.
