[s-d] Regarding era-nomenclature controversies

Two emergencies in an nweek seems a little silly for a time to
subdivide eras. The crises that prompted the transition to era 5 are
bigger, but still seem small compared to the five-month lulls that
ended A Nomic and the Second Era or the crash that prompted the Second
Era to begin. But retroactively declaring that all those 4E rule
numbers referred to the Third Era as Wooble protoproposed seems silly.

So let's just name all the eras like real historians, instead of
numbering them. Proto:

{Replace Rule 17 with:

{The Prehistoric Era is the time starting with the creation of the
game (approx. 5 Dec 2001, prompted by a five-month lull in A Nomic)
and ending immediately before the start of the Post-Crash Era. The
Prehistoric Era is known as a quasi-legendary golden age when B Nomic
was an independent nation populated primarily by gnomes.
The Post-Crash Era is the time starting with nweek 85 (approx. 4 Apr
2005, prompted by data loss when the bnomic.org server crashed) and
ending immediately before the start of the Age of Tiny Slumps. The
Post-Crash Era is noted for /* I have no idea. Seriously, does anyone
remember this? At all? */
The Age of Tiny Slumps of B Nomic is the time starting with nweek 112
(approx. 14 Nov 2006) and continuing to the present. It is further
subdivided into two halves, known as the Revival and the Current
Period.
The Revival is the time beginning with the start of the Age of Tiny
Slumps (prompted by another five-month lull in the game) and ending
with the start of the Current Period, noted for bringing the game back
from a slump bigger than any since before gradually sliding into a
series of emergencies known as the Time of Many Crises.
The Current Period, perhaps best known for the fact that it's what
we're in right now, is the time beginning with ERA_START (REAL_START,
when a refresh proposal fixed a number of known bugs and ended the
Time of Many Crises) and continuing to the present. /* When a new Era
or Period begins, the Current Period will have to be renamed. */}

In rule 5E8, replace

{Each rule number shall be prefixed with the notation "5E" (for Fifth
Era) to distinguish it from past rules in previous eras of B Nomic.
Where a Rule, Proposal, Game Action, or other Game Document refers to
a Rule by its number without a prefix, it shall be taken, by default,
to refer to a Rule prefixed with the notation "5E". /* For example,
one can say "Rule 15" to refer to Rule 5E15 */}

with

{Each rule number shall be prefixed with the notation "ATS-" (for Age
of Tiny Slumps) to distinguish it from past rules in previous eras of
B Nomic. Where a Rule, Proposal, Game Action, or other Game Document
refers to a Rule by its number without a prefix, it shall be taken, by
default, to refer to a Rule prefixed with the notation "ATS-". /* For
example, one can say "Rule 15" to refer to Rule ATS-15 */}}
