So you drop the MoM at 23:59, teucer takes the MoM at 00:00 (unless someone were to take the Mom between 23:59 and 00:00), and all subsequent transactions that assert to take the MoM fail (unless teucer were to decide to drop the MoM in the interval...). Bah... I'll let the MoM (haha) sort this out. All I know is the MoM gets no Ministry Reward this nweek, whoever e is.
