Hmmm I do need to phrase that better. What I mean is that you go through
each plagued game object, one by one, and at each you take the square of its
virulence, and cause that many other game objects to become plagued.

The 10 more is to insure a baseline supply of plague. Otherwise, we could
just pay to off the initial plague reservoirs and completely eradicate the
problem in the first nweek.
