No one objected to this. I'm going to go do it. For future reference, the
tidiness list rule says you are allowed to make the changes when posting the
list as long as they are clearly marked in case there is an objection later
(which is just to prevent abuse, I don't see any reason why there would be
an objection to the intended use of a tidiness list). I hope the Registrar
gave you your 1 point for this.

I submit this Tidiness List:
Change "e" to "he" in rule 4E53.
