My join request took place at 6:51PM UTC on Tuesday, and the rule says I become a Player after "At least two rdays have passed since the request was made. The definition of rdays says that X rdays means after X occurrences of midnight UTC. So there should have been one midnight at the end of Tuesday, and another at the end of Wednesday - making me a Player at 12:01 AM UTC Thursday, I think. No?
