SCRATCH THAT. I meant to say whichever option recognizes the existence
of Prop 353, which is OUTSIDE brackets. So I am doing that instead.
Proposal 105 was recently pondered and specified that 353 does exist.

Also:

- No one gets the Gandhi prize, since no one is Living right now.
- I've added the Vested property to the PD.
- Note that Ivan Hope also forfeited.
- No one loses Active status anymore as a result of failing to vote.
- I've added the Ordained property to the PD.
- I'm pretty sure no one got any money as a result of any sock
business. PS: What happened to the socks owned by Antonio?

I gain the Ordained property.
