I nominate comex to become MiniMinister of Brevity, who is responsible for
detecting excessive verbosity and redundancy in the Rules and suggesting
ameliorations.
It's actually a MiniMinistry I've meant to create for the longest time as
soon as I'd get my hands on the MoM. Current MoM, what do you think?
