So, I give it two nWeeks.

At the end of nDay 7 of nWeek 139, if a vote with a vote power of 1 cannot
turn the tide on a proposal, due to the votes of one or more factions being
sufficiently large, I forfeit the game of B.

Because, really, why do we need factions?
