That said, anyone who wins be dictatorship, in my opinion, shouldn't do anything with the power except make whatever changes are necessary to kill their dictatorship and prevent themselves or others from winning again in the same way. As for Hose's comment, I never implied you win was by dictatorship either ;-) I just like to think of dictatorship as the most scam-worthy victory condition.
