I guess the only part of the game that really needs to be kept working is the proposals/voting system. If we take great pains to protect it, then instead of a panic, we can just elect a dictator to save us. Of course, it'll probably take longer with regard to nweeks, but as long as people can reach Quorum (and proposals can affect the gamestate), we should be relatively safe. I'm not saying it's the best way, but it might work. By the way, why are we panicking?
