Interesting. How about if we make the Minister of Law post in the
Public Forum, each nweek, the link to the current revision of the
Rules (as in http://b.nomic.net/index.php?title=Rules&oldid=3209 *not*
http://b.nomic.net/index.php/Rules). That way, you can easily check
the ruleset at the time when reading the mail archives.
