Three clauses use the common construction "At the beginning of the Nth
nday (or ndelay if the clock is off) after X, Y occurs".  Is this
satisfied by any combination of ndays and ndelays, or is it equivalent
to "At the beginning of the Nth nday after X (or the Nth ndelay after
X if the clock is off when X), Y occurs"?
