I think that voting true to your feelings on a proposal is important.
Patriotic dissent can be achieved by argument through discussion to convince
others of your reasoning. Let's take this scenario: I'm the last to vote,
all Open Proposals will pass regardless of my vote. If I agree with all the
proposals, should I vote FOR to voice my support, or vote AGAINST to collect
a point for every proposal? Being true on a proposal vote is important
feedback to those proposing to know what the other players like and dislike.
