I rule this TRUE.
This question is independent of whether or not Primo Corporation is a
player. Our rules permit BobTHJ to act on behalf of Primo Corporation
for the same reason they permit Bill Gates to act on behalf of
Microsoft - they are External Forces, existing outside the game and
thus not subject to our rules.

If asked, "Can the player BobTHJ act on behalf of the player Primo
Corporation", I would say NO on the grounds that Primo Corporation
should not be a player; however, as it has already been ruled that
Primo Corporation is a player, there is nothing in the rules that
prevents a component of a player from presenting the actions of the
entire player, any more than the rules forbid my hands from acting on
behalf of myself.
