I tend to agree with this.  But: a tiny voice says - isn't abstaining
also an opinion?

When I find my self abstaining it normally means something like "I
don't think this is relevant to the game" or "it seems to me either
would be just fine, thanks".  But not "I haven't read this prop."

I like these voting rules a lot, but I think I might vote in favour of
this prop.
