I must admit that I'm a little bothered about the idea that individual
points are objects.

Would it not be more sane if points were like an attribute?  I think
that that was what the author of 2-4 had in mind.

sequential number assigned when it is created - this makes it unique.

A successful rule tag grab on a point awards the point to the player.
It cannot be grabbed thereafter.

50 new points are created by this proposal.  The Rule Tag Moderator
should allocate the RTL of each randomly.
