I apologize for the intermission.
If my scam has worked I am now your Supreme Autocrat.
I don't think we can be sure of that until the RFJ I have submitted is 
resolved.

What I plan to do about it:
Nothing much at the time, notice that if the proposal has passed 
everything is frozen at 00:00 nday 9
if the proposal has not passed, everything is frozen at 00:00 nday 5

when the RFJ is resolved, corrective actions will be taken, and we will 
hopefully end up in the same situation as if this whole mess had not 
happened.
