Hmm.  I think ruletag might be beyond your code at present.  Which is
not to say that it isn't impressive.

See, players can post three or four different action types in a week.
But they don't have to.  And if they post a type more than once, only
the last one counts.  So at the end of the week the agent would have
to post the last action of each type posted by each player...
