Triller has submitted a new Motion, p329.:

That sounds to me like that for each time I pay 10A, I'll be able to
reset my APs every nweek. So if I pay 20A now, I can reset them twice
an nweek every nweek for the rest of the game.

I suspect you mean something like "10A: Change your Action Points to
equal your Nimbleness. Play this ability no more than once each
nweek."
