A few observations:

As pointed out by Peter, "winner" is ambiguous.
As of now there are no pens.
"cartographer's" is not a Nomic word by virtue of the apostrophe.

As a Quest, however, I find the concept quite interesting.
This would involve altering your Stats in all manner of ways
to gain access to some of the more esoteric rooms.
Great Aunt Mabel's Attic has a number of not 
insubstantial restrictions, and West of House can only
be reached by Panicking (although a stay in The Secret
Tunnels accomplishes this).
