Well I've made a submission to halve the wealth tax(poor bonus).
It the one with all the e's. Also it's only a cap is you have little income. Also,  if  you  spend it quickly you won't lose much. So if you have 1000 Genechips you would lose 60 a week but after my prop passes only lose 30 a week. It's not that painful and it helps anyone with barely any chips.

Unless there is a limit I'm unaware of.
