10 minutes. This proposal goes down unless you use something besides "Dealer rolls 4 13-sided dice" for random chance.EugeneMeidinger has amended p32. --------------------------------- Proposal 32/4: Blackjack is getting on track. A Standard Proposal by EugeneMeidinger Last modified on nweek 87, nday 1 [[Bigot, hmmm this is too easy......]] Replaces all instances of the word gambly in any of rules with the words Game Overseer. Add the following game to The Minister of Gambling's list of allowed games: {{ === ID Blackjack ==== [[ Trying to make a simplified version of blackjack. I may miss some of the rules let me know.]] ID Blackjack is a Casino played using dice rolls named A,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,J,Q, and K and 2 players. Rolls with a number for a name have that number be their value; rolls named J, Q, or K are worth 10 in value; The A is worth 1 or 11 at the owner's discretion. The value of a player's or dealer's list of rolls is the sum of the value of the rolls in that person's list. The game begins when the player declares on a forum that e wishes to play and states eir bet, which must be an even positive number. The bet must be in the form of the currency the casino uses and the bet is transfered to the casino's vault. If the neither the casino owner or an employee of the casino responds within 4 days then the player receives eir bet back and the game ends. The dealer is the casino owner or employer of the casino owner who responds to the player who wants to play blackjack. The dealer starts by rolling 4 13 sided dice with the first two representing the dealers list and the second two representing the player's list. A roll of 1 represents an A, a number from 2-9 represents a card of that number and 11,12 and 13 represent J, Q, and K respectively. If the players hand is worth 21 right after receiving eir cards e recieves twice eir bet as a prize and the game ends. A player with a hand worth less than 22 may either have a roll added to eir list by saying "hit me" or may say "I'm done". If the player has a list worth more than 21 or has not taken an action in the game for 4 or more ndays the game ends. Once a player has said "I'm done" the dealer then adds rolls to eir list until it has a value equal to or greater than 17. If the player's list is higher in value than the dealer's list or if the dealer's list is worth more than 21 the player recieves 1.5 times the amount e bad bet and the game ends otherwise the game ends and the casino keeps the bet. When the game ends all the roll lists are emptied of rolls. }}[[In the future I would like to add games which give items as prizes if you are super lucky however the only items so far seems be wands/talismans.]] --------------------------------- This Message was sent automatically by the Wiki.
