Wonko might not have set up the Ballot at the time you tried. It looks
set up by now to me, though.

You need to get a Wiki account (I think at
<http://www.bnomic.org/cgi-bin/moin.cgi/UserPreferences>)
and then go to the voting page:
<http://www.bnomic.org/cgi-bin/moin.cgi/VoteOnProps>

If you still are having problems, let us know and we'll try to fix
them. If all else fails, the rules recognize votes posted to a Public
Forum (that is, emailed to spoon-business@xxxxxxxxx) as being
perfectly valid. (It's just a bit less work for the Ministers if you
type them into the computer for us so that we don't have to.)
