It's supposed to make it a easier to hit a target. Although admittedly I'm now not too sure what should be rolled anymore.Sorry, I assumed by 'create' you would have created the rule. Next time I'll put 'create new rule', all the rest was just to give a way of using the traps and to tidy up behind myself.
