First of all, no, posting it to s-b doesn't change anything. But who are you
ta say what i can and cannot distinguish? I may be a complete moron. You
have no idea. 

Second, ignore the bit about the voice and concentrate on Wonko being the
'at least one player' who can't distinguish those actions from legal ones.
If you think he can't simply declare his inability to distinguish actions
from legal ones, see above.

Third, i highly advise that you just accept it, whether or not you believe
it to be technically correct. The changes are all beneficial to everyone,
and will make the game run smoother in general. So just.. yeah. And anyway,
it really is all fine and legal.
