The Meta-Ministry wants you to be a Minister.

My understanding is that we have gone through most of the Apocalypse,
say three Horsemen and six Seals, but we're still not finished with
those changes to the ruleset - for instance, the Ruleset mentions
awarding Players Charm and Wins, which don't exist.

The current rules are maintained by Wonko and are still at
http://www.bnomic.org/static/rules.html
We're transitioning over to a Wiki, and many things, for instance, the
current Roster, are there.

Wonko, can you link roster.html to the Wiki roster? And how is the Prop
Tracker going? It occurs to me that it might not work with the
Historical Documents page to renumber them like we are now.
