First of all, I see no reason to wipe out that much of the ruleset. If we
were going to create a C Nomic, it should probably not be a pure nomic or
approximation thereof, as those rarely last.

If people are interested in cutting the fluff out of the existing ruleset,
we could leave it with a modified adminless version of the ballot system and
the judicial system at the very least.

Of course, I don't see any reason for anything that drastic. Open Source
Government would be quite sufficient.
