Well, the clock doesn't need to be on for me to be a player. "An External Force may become a Player by posting a message to a Public Forum..." Just by posting the message, even if it hasn't been recognized, even if it hasn't "happened", I become a player. You're right that -Wonko is only the r0 Admin -and votes need to go to the Emergency Forum.
