This "T" thing is dangerous - where are the others? What's on them? That needs
to be specified. In any case, game precedent seems to indicate that 'there
exists' means that there is a set of objects named 'T-Shirts' containing
objects of type 'T-Shirt' with (insert stuff applying to the set) applying to
them.

It should still need at least a majority vote to pass. If 2/3 of the nomic are
against it, then there's something wrong with it.
