If I were to set up a Wiki, would the game be able to take advantage of
it?

I'm thinking of having rules, proposals, voting, subgame status, and
whatever else go on the Wiki, so that it doesn't have to be done by Dave
anymore. This may require changing some rules, perhaps making the Wiki a
"semi-public forum" in some way.

For example, adding your vote to the Voting page should count as a valid
action. Adding your vote to the Proposals page, or to the bottom of the
LockedFilingCabinet page, or something like that, should not.
