Why is everyone so quick to declare an SOE? A Win isn't an emergency.

If Wonko wins, all we need is a proposal like this to pass:

1. Repeal the rule entitled "Dimensions".
2. Set everyone's score to what it was at the beginning of <whatever
nweek this is>. [[in case anyone tries to set their score to, say,
999]]
3. Repeal the rule entitled "No Win For You".
