You need Unwitting Architect/Unwitting Engineer - of whish you have the title for the charm scam I belive

something like;

Any players who inadvertantly exposed the possible interaction of a rule or rules as defined in section A shall be awarded  the title "Unwitting Engineer of the 
XXXX Scam," with "XXXX" replaced with the name of the scam. These players should be  identified by the Scammers.
