-Well, if it passes, then there are three Monoliths out there for the 
taking, not one, and a trilateral monopoly isn't nearly as threatening. And 
nowhere did I put in a piece: "Players may not make Monoliths any more, so 
they'd better run for those three." I might also point out that I stand to 
gain nothing from this. I am a penguinchu thing, if you'll recall. So this 
is in no way selfish, it simply boils down to a need for Whoopass to get 
this game moving in what I see as the right direction.-
