C.6.1. Ter'angreal of Balefire
A player who holds the Ter'angreal of Balefire may use Balefire with X = 3. 
When they do so, 1d20 is rolled. On a 1, the player is targeted by Balefire 
with X = 1. On a roll from 2 to 5, a can of Whoopass is cracked, a Bomb 
Gnome is detonated, Force Destruction targets, and a Big Rock is dropped on 
the Grid Square the player is standing on, and the player becomes a toad in 
an ill-fitting penguin suit as an afterthought. On any other roll, no extra 
effects happen.-
