That's the beauty of randomness. It's so gosh-darned random. I realize there's nothing but my word on which everyone else can rely, but in most cases, genuine randomness is involved. You'll notice that (at least) two CFIs have been filed over the last few days (there may be more, as I've still got 50+ messages to go), and thus far, neither has been assigned to either SkArcher or Emil.
