Like I said before, rules shouldn't force an admin or minister to have to 
look through signatures and analyze headers to see if an identifier is 
there.  It should be optional; if I can determine who a message came from, I 
don't want to be forced to not recognize it.  I would shelve it, but since 
the prop went unedited, shleves and 'no' votes are identical.

Although it's probably going to be shelved out of existance.  I would set up 
an online thing to handle this, but I really am unable to do it.  If someone 
could set me up with a few buttons that did something and give me the code, 
I could work from there, but I still don't know where to start with online 
persistant stuff.

I still don't like the idea of something for nothing that you get with 
factories.  Yes, I'm aware the they can be destroyed.  Perhaps if we 
isolated the whole "factories and armies" part of the game, I'd be more okay 
with it.

First, as a person addicted to the little things, whether they be good or 
bad, I personally don't like the idea.  Perhaps if they were jars of 
raspberry jam, I would be more partial to the idea.
On a more general note, "Then a player finds a Radar Jammer, it is 
destroyed."  A misspelled word (which can be fixed by rectification) and bad 
English, which can result in players being destroyed.  A Bad Thing?.

I like the concept, but don't like a few things about the prop:  First, it 
drains the Gnome Account.  Second, it limits the shower based on the 
contents of the gnome account.  Third, it doesn't seem dramatic enough.  
Change the first two and I'll vote yes; making it more dramatic would be a 
nice addition.
