For what it's worth, the Uber is set up to make everything but rules, 
proposals, etc, somewhat object-oriented, but without getting too technical. 
 It's written in English, no C or VB or Java or anything, and uses a lot of 
the same terms already used by the ruleset.  In fact, the only real new term 
is "class" itself.
