-Not every corporation pays out every nweek. vSOI is one of these. In fact, 
it hasn't paid out in a while. Taking it away on an nweek by nweek basis 
before anyone gets paid would also aid your other crusade - keeping anyone 
from making money off of anyone else. Yes, I'm generalizing, but you know 
what I mean.-
