If you were to bring a camcorder to a private party of mine, and post the recordings from same to the web without my permission, I would be very inclined to use your dermal capillaries to test the absorbency of the nearest concrete wall. The webpage is public. The webpage explicitly states that one can find out about the game by joining the list or by reviewing the archives. The archives, therefore, are explicitly in the public domain, and have probably been spidered by now by search engines. Checking...yes, "Glotmorf" is locatable via Yahoo. This state of the archives being in the public domain is an act of the Administrator in the course of developing the website. I would not therefore compare it to a camcorder smuggled into a party...The Administrator *is* the party. And the state of the archives being in the public domain has been a constant state since the beginning of the game, which means it was something you were aware of when you joined. Which means you consent to it, since the alternative to consenting to it is not playing the game.
