[spoon-discuss] ruleset

Hey, I just had an idea that would make the ruleset a lot smaller and easier 
to read...

Instead of listing the entire text of our mega-rules (The Grid, Gnomes, 
Gremlins, Weather, Speeders, etc.), links could be placed on the website 
that lead to the individual sections... is this feasible/desirable?

I think it would make a big difference.
